Buy or sell Sun TV - Target - i won't buy this stock at current levels PIL against dayanidhi maran

Due to the PIL filed against Dayanidhi maran ( brother of Sun TV promoter Kalanidhi maran ) SUN TV stock reacting negative. the stock down by 30 % today . currently recovered slightly and at Rs 282 , i won't buy this stock at current levels.

The stock broked the major support level of rs 365.

Technically the stock was in downtrend since feb 2011
