Bulk deals stocks : Small caps and mid caps which i will like to buy

Daily there will be some bulk deals happens in Stock exchange. There should be some reason behind every bulk deal in stocks. So, after seeing the technicals of the stocks under bulk deals, i would buy the stock hereunder.

These are under pure technicals i am not seeing the fundamentals of the stocks.

ACROPETAL TECHNOLOGIES LTD
I will buy this stock at the current levels of Rs 17 and at Rs 16 with a strict stoploss of rs 15 on closing basis. i think the stock could move higher from current levels, and once it crossed Rs 19.50 it there could be a big buying coming in.

Some fundamentals too : but buying not based on these rules.

PE RATIO : 3.2
EPS 5.3
FACE VALUE RS 10

some 3 lakhs shares traded in BSE today.
