December 14th 2011 : To buy or sell nifty ?

I will buy or sell whichever happens first :

. I will buy nifty futures if the spot price 4819 is broken on upside. I will wait for the full day to book profit or i will do it if get some solid points in intraday trading. My stoploss will be 4727 on lower side.

. If 4734 is broken on the downside first ( nifty spot ) then i will go short in nifty futures with 4826 as stoploss.

I think, if i get a buy signal then there is a possibility for profitable trade tommorrow. As the range is wide between buy and short, short selling signal would not be a profitable one.

14th dec buy singal today

Today i got buy signal in nifty futures as it broke 4819 on upside. but after 1 hour of trading i can't find any sustainable upside movement in the nifty index as Inflation report is expected by noon.

i guess a possibility of a minor loss in today's trade or a minor profit.

Those who are trading in Nifty for just 10 points 20 points , can book profit now at 4839.

20 points profit in nifty.

Those who are risk lovers , can hold the long position till he day end. ( ie. 3 pm to 3.25 pm )

Come out of long positions

i think it will be good if we come out of long positions in nifty. AT 4824 ( after touching a low of 4771 ).

only 5 points profit.

over risk takers can only wait till the day end.

This happend because of worst november inflation reports.

can book profit if trading only for 10 / 20 points.

or can hold till the day end.

as Today RBI going to announce it's policy matters any increase or decrease in CRR, Repo or Reverse repo would affect the market.

4764 crossed so, can buy nifty today , touched a height of 4815, so one can book profit at 50 points profit. or can hold till the day end with a stoploss of 4722

RBI Policy announcement

RBI Policy announcement No change in CRR repo and reverse repo rates.

Nifty fell by 45 points immediately after the announcement.

have to wait and see whether the RBI governor 's speech will help the market to go up again.

Stock tips

There are websites giving Daily resistance, Support levels , stock tips, options tips, futures tips etc.,

If they are giving free stock tips or f&o calls, then collect it and make your own technical analysis before trading on those stocks or derivatives. Don't follow anyone blindly.

Indian share market is mostly driven by Foriegn Institutional Investments ( FII ) , if they sell or buy in huge volume it will affect oru Indian stock markets.

Trading is different from Investments. In a long term investment ( 11 - 15 years ) you could even get 1000% return. but in short term trading or intraday trading it will be tough to get profits.

December 19th trading

I think today one can go long if 4837 is crossed on the upside with a stoploss of 4592 and one can go short if 4599 is taken out on the dowside with a stoploss of 4843.

This is a big range, i feel even if we get sell signal it would not be profitable today. So, i won't initiate any trade today. Simply will wait and watch the market.

Nifty Bees is good investment tool

I think it is a good idea to invest in Nifty Bees in a long term perpective. With the technical analysis one can buy nifty bees at every support levels as a long term investment tool.

Investing in one company having high risk, but Nifty Bees is a ETF which comprise the 50 companies of the Nifty, So the index movement will only affect the price of NiftyBees ETF.

The Nifty bees price would be mostly 1/10 of the INdex value. Say for example if Nifty is trading around 5000 then the Niftybees would be around 500 - 510.

In 2001 nifty traded around 820 levels but in 2008 it was at 6300.

December 29th Nifty itnraday trading levels

I will go long in nifty futures if 4721 in spot nifty is taken out on the upside. i will put 4682 as my stoploss ( spot ).

If nifty trade below 4689 then i will go short in the index with a stoploss of 4728.

I expect tommorrow the market will go down as USA markets dow jones , nasdaq and S&p 500 trading in heavy red. European markets FTSE, CAC and DAX were traded in green, in the evening, but after the opening of United states stock markets, european markets too gone to red.

Today profit 100 points from the opening price

Yesterday there was a loss of 39 points . but today i got nearly 100 points profit from the opening price ( from yesterday closing price 136 points profit ).

Today, nifty opened with a gap of 40 points ( opened at 4675 ), as my buy signal was 4645 i immediately bought nifty futures after the opening, waited till the end and got 100 points profit.

Live chart and trading system : There are some websites providing live charts with trading system. But usually i won't follow other's trading systems. because we should not depend on others for trading in stock market, it's a highly risk job.

Instead of searching for live trading systems and tips , learn fundamentals about stock market on your own. Learn about technical analysis, charts, candlestick patterns, wave theory, PE Ratio and other items. Try to make a customized technical chart for your trading. You will win.

Living by trading stocks

"Living by trading stocks or options " this is another question most of the people think of. I will say yes, we can. But we should work hard to learn the stock market and the behaviour of stocks / indexes.

Stock market is not based on luck. Yes, we should have some luck too, but only luck will not make you millionare or billionare in stock market. You should learn technicals, then implement the technicals and test through paper trading, if you are producing 70 % success in rally, downfall, consolidation period then you can directly enter the market with available money. Then you can earn a lot. you can make a fortune through stock market.
