August 16th to buy a call or put nifty option

On August 16th there is no clear cut singal to buy a call or put,

5 mins price is in more or less mid point range, no signal.

2 mins chart, price touched the lower band and again moving towards the top band.

MACD signal for today is to buy put option, but there is no clear buy signal.

Asian markets are mixed, and shanghai market is up 34 points

Bought 5500 put option at Rs 68.80

Bought 5500 put option at Rs 68.80

Yesterday there was a downside target 5412 , which is still pending not achieved.

Today from the morning the market is in rangebound.

But at 5459 levels bought a 5500 put option for Rs 68.80 before that it made a low of rs 65 and high of Rs 85.

Net price is Rs 68.80 + rs 2.8 = 71.6

7 % Target is Rs 76.60

after buying i saw the asian markets are trading in green.

Profit booked

immeaditely after our profit booking, the market went down to 5440 and put option price gone to rs 80.50 , within 10 minutes of our profit booking market further went down to 5430 and put price created a day high at rs 89.

expected

i expected this, but our target is only 7 %, because yesterday's downside target of 5412 is still not achieved, so market will go down atleast upto that level today or tommorrow
